Q. 경고 후 일정 시간 뒤에 제동하는 2단계 방식도 되나요?
슈어포인트는 경고와 제동이 동시에 작동하는 구조입니다. 위험을 인식하는 즉시 멈춰야 사고를 막을 수 있어, '경고 → 일정 시간 후 제동' 2단계 지연 방식은 지원하지 않습니다.
Q. 전방 자동정지 기능도 가능한가요?
구현 자체는 가능합니다. 다만 차량 특성상 적재물이 카메라 시야를 가리면 전방 인식률이 떨어질 수 있어 안전 성능에 영향을 줄 수 있습니다. 현장 환경을 확인해 실효성 있는 구성을 제안드립니다.
Q. 비전 AI라서 환경의 영향을 받나요?
실제 현장 영상으로 학습·인식하는 비전 AI 기반이라, 카메라가 현장을 충분히 확보하지 못하면 성능 보장이 어렵습니다. 그래서 단순 기능 추가보다 실운용 환경에서의 성능 확보를 더 중요하게 봅니다.
Q. 왜 'AI 카메라'가 아니라 IR 카메라 + AI 모니터를 쓰나요?
카메라에 AI 연산을 집어넣은 이른바 'AI 카메라'는 감지·연산·발열·수명이 한 몸체에 묶여 있어, 분진·진동·온도 변화가 큰 산업 현장에서 성능과 내구성을 동시에 만족시키기 어렵습니다. 슈어포인트는 감지와 판단을 분리했습니다. IR 카메라는 저조도·역광·악조건에서도 대상을 안정적으로 확보하는 '눈' 역할에 집중하고, 실제 인식·추론·자동정지 판단과 제어 기록은 국내산 AI 모니터가 담당합니다. 이 구조 덕분에 카메라 교체 없이 AI 성능만 업데이트할 수 있고, 고장 시 부분 교체가 쉬우며, 국내 생산·사후 대응으로 신뢰성까지 확보됩니다.
Q. 전방 블루라이트(LED 라인)도 넣을 수 있나요?
적용 가능하나 추가 비용이 발생합니다. 실제 운용에서는 적재물에 투사 라인이 가려질 수 있어 효과가 제한적일 수 있습니다. 현장 조건을 고려해 안내드립니다.
